Usui Reiki Treatment with Eva
My name is Eva and I am a fully qualified Reiki Practitioner and I am a member of The Reiki Guild. Reiki is the transference of life force energy from the hands of the practitioner to the patient. This life force energy brings the body's energy system and the seven chakras into balance and harmony. The seven chakras are spinning vortexes of energy that correspond to different parts of the body and they can sometimes become blocked by emotional and physical causes or life events. Bringing the chakras into alignment can have many benefits for our physical and emotional wellbeing, it can also help with relaxation and stress reduction.
Reiki can sometimes help with processing emotions and it can help with finding the root causes of issues, releasing behavioural patterns that no longer serve us leading to a greater sense of wellbeing. The Reiki energy or 'life force energy' can be very beneficial in encouraging the bodies natural ability to heal itself and can improve general health. Reiki is never a replacement for conventional medicine or mental health support but it can be a great complementary treatment that works great alongside them.
I became a Reiki Practitioner because I have always had a drive for helping people. It is important to me that everyone who has Reiki with me leaves the session feeling like I have given them the time they need and they feel taken care of. I also believe in helping people take care of their own wellbeing by giving them lots of information about how they can look after their chakras and energetic body so that they have the knowledge to be able to look after themselves into the future.
I identify as what is known as an 'Intuitive Empath' meaning I pick up on the emotions of others and sometimes experience a knowing of the emotions and deep issues that a person is experiencing without little or any prior knowledge. I sometimes receive mental images or moving pictures in my mind of difficult experiences people have gone through before they talk to me about it. Although picking up on what others feel and see makes me quite a sensitive person, I think of this as a really positive thing as it allows me to connect and empathise with other people on a deep level when I practice Reiki.
